compiling lists to help couples choose the songs for their special

information: date of event, location (and venue type, such
as indoors or outside, first floor or second floor), and a very
basic time line (including start and stop times and the times of
cocktail hour (if applicable) and dinner (if applicable).

With planning a wedding reception, I prefer to meet with you
(bride &/or groom) in person (one time) to discuss specific
details. It has been my experience that by getting to be
with the couple first hand, it helps plan the day and gives me an
even better sense of what you are visioning for your reception.
This meeting typically takes place within 1-3 months of the event,
but can be scheduled farther out if you have all your details
confirmed. The meeting can occur at your residence, a local
eatery, or a location we can agree on. You can always e-mail me as your think of things
along the way. Because of this additional time and
involvement a nominal fee will be added to the typical rates.
This fee will be included in the quote up front.
Are you planning on having your wedding service outside, or in
an adjacent room from your reception? Starting in 2009, I am
now able to provide THREE complete systems, which will allow me to
provide audio at large venues where the wedding day progresses to
different areas (i.e. The service/ceremony starts the day
off outside, then the cocktail hour is in a separate room,
followed by the meal/reception occurring in the main ballroom.)
